Course Description

Mind Your Birth classes are based on the simple belief that birth is natural and normal, and that the female body is designed to conceive, nurture and give birth.

Become a MIND YOUR BIRTH Practitioner and enjoy the rewards of having helped a baby be born gently and naturally.

Many images, stories, movies and the media form deep beliefs in us from a very young age.
